### Billing Cycle and Payment Terms

**Billing Cycle:**

Our internal billing operates on a 4‑week cycle, with an additional offset week each year to account for the 52‑week calendar. Your Edge Annual payment of **$34,900** covers the full 52‑week term of one dedicated EVA.

**Preferred Annual Rate (Savings):**

By choosing the Annual Commitment plan, your effective rate is approximately **$2,685 per 4‑week cycle**, which reflects roughly a **16% savings** versus our standard $3,200 4‑week introductory rate.

**Payment Terms:**

- **Payment:** $34,900 due in full prior to your EVA’s official start date.

- **Renewal:** The agreement renews annually at the then‑current annual rate unless you provide written notice of non‑renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current term.

- **Additional Seats:** Each additional EVA on the Annual Commitment plan is billed at the same annual rate, pro‑rated to your existing term if added mid‑year.

### 30‑Day Activation Guarantee (Annual Plan)

To de‑risk your decision while protecting our team and training investment, the Activation Guarantee for the Annual Commitment plan applies to your **first 4‑week billing cycle**.

**Conditions – Client must:**

- Provide all required logins / tools within 7 days of the start date.

- Submit the **“Edge EOD Alignment Form”** every business day for the first billing cycle.

- Require their EVA to attend at least **1 Edge 1:1 training per week** for the first billing cycle.

**Edge – Our promise (for Annual clients):**

If the above conditions are met and, at the end of your first billing cycle, you choose not to move forward on the Annual Commitment plan, you may elect one of the following:

1. **Convert to Intro plan + Refund of Remaining Term**

- We convert your agreement to our Month‑to‑Month Introductory Plan.

- We retain the first 4‑week cycle at the standard $3,200 rate.

- We refund the unused balance of your annual payment for the remaining term.

2. **Replacement EVA + Credit for Any Gap Days**

- We assign a replacement EVA.

- You receive a credit for any days you are without an assistant during the transition, applied to your existing annual term.

The **Edge EOD Alignment Form** will be provided at your onboarding meeting as a daily success tool to ensure alignment with your EVA. The Activation Guarantee is valid only when all conditions are met, as these steps directly drive results.
