Billing Cycle and Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: Our billing operates on a 4-week cycle, with an additional offset week billed at the end of each quarter to account for the 52-week year.
Advance Payment Discount: At any time, clients may choose to advance pay for three months, reducing their rate to the 3-month preferred rate of $2,800 monthly.
Ongoing Agreement: After the initial 1 or 3 months, billing will continue month-to-month at the same rate unless you request changes or cancellation.

30-Day Activation Guarantee

Conditions - Client must:

Provide all required logins/tools within 7 days of the start date.
Submit the “Edge EOD Alignment Form” every business day for the first billing cycle.
Require their EVA to attend at least 1 “Edge group training” per week for the first billing cycle.

Edge - Our promise:

If the above conditions are met and you, the client, choose not to move forward past your initial billing cycle, you, the client, may choose:
Full refund of Month 1, or
Replacement EVA + credit for any days you’re without an assistant.

The “Edge EOD Alignment Form” will be provided at your onboarding meeting as a daily success tool to ensure alignment with your EVA. The Activation Guarantee is valid only when all conditions are met, as these steps directly drive results.
